I arrived safely in Bavaria, Germany.
Although it is often rainy this season, it is sunny this time. The temperature is not much different from Urugi Village.
The autumn leaves look absolutely beautiful. There are many lime trees (linden), and occasionally maple trees can be seen as well.
To get used to the time difference, I go for a walk with my brother's dog every morning.

This summer, Elementary and Junior Highschool students have come to visit the UIC to participate in a variety of outdoor activities.

One of them was to prepare “NagashiSoumen“.

For that, we`ve handed out tools and took a walk in the forest to look for a long bamboo tree.

Once found we cut it down and split it in two to make a “NagashiSoumen slide“.

It was a fun and successful event.
